This policy explains what information SI Australian collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
SI Australian is an Australian owned search marketing business. You can contact us at info@siaustralian.com.
We collect the information you give us directly through our enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address, website address and anything you write in the message field.
When you use the visibility checker, we send the website address you enter to our own server and to the Google PageSpeed Insights API in order to run the checks. We do not store personal information from that tool.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare the free growth plan you requested, and to contact you about the work you asked us about. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
This site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our web host and email provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell or trade your information.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@siaustralian.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
No invented testimonials anywhere on this site. Where results were not verified, we say so on the page.
